Marketing & Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

• Creating written, graphic, and video content for email campaigns, webinars, presentations, customer newsletters, and LinkedIn
• Managing and updating content on the ESfEQA website
• Communicating with our international distributors and supporting our global partner network
• Preparing quotes and related materials for ESfEQA distributors
• Analyzing sales figures and supporting the development of marketing campaigns
• Responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with colleagues to provide timely solutions
• Taking responsibility for your own projects and contributing ideas to improve marketing activities

• Completed degree or a comparable qualification in marketing, natural sciences, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; ideally also knowledge of Spanish
• Proficiency in office software applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Structured, independent, and thorough working style
• High level of flexibility and a strong focus on performance, customer-orientation, and results
